Operational principle
During operation, the electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through a V-belt, a large pulley, a transmission shaft, a small bevel gear, and a large bevel gear. The axis of the crushing cone rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric sleeve, causing the surface of the crushing wall to sometimes approach and sometimes leave the surface of the rolling mortar wall. As a result, the material is continuously impacted, squeezed, and bent from the annular crushing chamber composed of a fixed cone and a moving cone, causing it to break. After multiple squeezing, impact, and bending, the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged through the lower part.
